Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, items ordered from HarpsOnly.com may be returned provided the customer adheres to the following procedure.

All merchandise, except electronic tuners (Sabine) and printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs and eBay, Paypal or Billpoint fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within FIVE (5) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time, otherwise, a restock fee of 20% would apply.

All claims for damage or defects must be made within two (2) business days of receipt by email.

Additional terms:

• Please email us for return authorization, do not call.
• Customer must have prior authorization from HarpsOnly.com before returning any item. Returns without a proper authorization number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
• Return items must be in new and resalable condition.
• Return items must be sent in the original packaging or carton, and must include original receipt of purchase.
• Customer must provide adequate insurance on return items.
• Return items must be shipped back within FIVE (5) working days of receiving R/A. 
• Shipping, Ebay or Paypal/Billpoint Fees will be deducted from your purchase price to arrive at your refund amount.
• Please note that Harps are shipped separately from books and tuners and must not be shipped back tegether. Items ship directly from fulfillment center. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the center from which they shipped.
• Full retail amounts will be deducted from your refund for non-returnable items above.

Each harp is pre-strung (de-tuned) and for future use, you receive one additional set of strings fastened to the inside front lid of the shipping box. Do not discard! We reserve the right not to issue or process your credit in the event the returned product is received too late or in unsatisfactory condition. Please allow six to ten weeks to process returns, as it takes time to process instruments and inspections.
